About Tomco HVAC – Trusted Local HVAC Experts

Tom Kohberger started his vocational HVAC training in 1981 and launched his first company in Atlanta in 1992. After moving to Daytona Beach, he saw how hard it was for homeowners to find reliable, honest local service. Tom was also experiencing one of the rooms in his house not getting and staying cold, he shared about redoing his HVAC system with a zoned ac system on Facebook and all of the sudden, his neighbors started asking if he could do that same thing for them.  Thus, TOMCO HVAC was born.

Today Tom works alongside an experienced team bringing more than 30 years in the trade to our wonderful neighbors in Florida. We do honest work with no high-pressure sales, and we know Florida homes inside and out, including the communities of Latitude Margaritaville.

Fully licensed and insured in Florida, serving Daytona Beach, Palm Coast and the surrounding coast.

    HVAC training begins

    Tom starts his vocational HVAC training.

  2. 1992

    First company in Atlanta

    Tom launches his first HVAC company in Atlanta.

    Tomco HVAC on the Fun Coast

    After moving to Daytona Beach, Tom founded Tomco HVAC to give coastal homeowners honest, reliable local service.
